Dress Properly: When meeting with a potential employer, it is important that you dress appropriately for the occasion. You will want to show confidence in your appearance, which can be accomplished by wearing a clean suit or tie and dressing smartly. Be sure to ask the employer if they would allow you to wear a dress suit and dress code.

Ask Questions: Good communication is what makes a good impression. Your interviewer will be looking for answers to his or her question, and this will not only increase your chance of getting hired, but also make you look more qualified. Always ask questions during the interview and do not hesitate to ask follow up questions to verify your answers.

Show Confidence in Yourself: In order to have the kind of confidence that will be needed in an interview, it is important that you show confidence in your answers to questions. Showing confidence in your answers will show to the employer that you have the self-esteem to perform well in the interview. Remember, confidence and professionalism go together well and show the employer that you are a person who can do well in any situation.
